Deposits:
$100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking per unit
Cancellation Policy:
Please be sure your vacation dates are firm before confirming your reservation, as your
deposit can only be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Cancellation
made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $25 administration fee per unit. Deposits are not
returned if the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
No refund will be given for days lost through early departure or late arrival. As this is a destination area, a
cancellation usually results in a vacancy for us, so this policy is firm.
Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking
terms and conditions.
Group Booking Policy:
Groups booking four or more units:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Changes to the reservation are subject to a $25
service charge.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival on all units. From that date on there will be no refunds.
These measures are in place to protect the hotel in case someone in the group has to cancel last minute and out
of respect the rest of the group cancels. It is very difficult to re-sell cancellations and nearly impossible if
there are multiple units to re-sell.
Winter Storm Policy:
There is an inherent risk anytime a vacation is booked in advance. We cannot be held responsible
for cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions. However, if the Highways Department closes the Trans Canada
Highway #1 East from Winnipeg to the Ontario border prior to 4 pm on the day of your arrival, we will offer you
a credit equal to your deposit to be used within the same winter season. We strongly advise that you set out early
enough to avoid a storm and regularly check winter driving conditions prior to your departure.
